-1 pound of lobster
-A large bunch of fresh parsley
-A large bunch of fresh basil
-A small bunch of fresh thyme
-A small bunch of fresh dandelion leaves
-A small bunch of fresh fennel seeds
-A small bunch of fresh chives
-A small bunch of fresh mint
-A small bunch of fresh cilantro
-Salt and pepper to taste
