-1/2 cups vegetable broth
-1/2 cup vegetable oil
-1/4 cup white pasta sauce
-1/4 cup frozen peas
-1/4 cup frozen corn
-1/4 cup diced onion
-1/4 cup diced green pepper
-1/4 cup diced red pepper
-1/4 cup white wine
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/4 teaspoon onion powder
-1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
-1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
-1/4 teaspoon paprika
-1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
-Preheat oven to 375 degrees f (190 degrees c),
-In a large saucepan, heat vegetable broth and vegetable oil over medium heat until boiling.
-Add the peas, corn, onion, green pepper, red pepper, wine, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, paprika, and salt to the pan and stir everything together until the vegetables are coated.
-Add the lobster tail to the pan and stir until everything is coated,
-Bake the risotto for only 20 minutes, or until the lobster is cooked through.
-To assemble the risotto, ladle it over the top of the lobster risotto mixture.
-Garnish with shredded cheese and fresh diced tomatoes, if desired.

Ingredients:
-1/2 cup flour
-1/4 cup salt
-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
-1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
-1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
-1/4 teaspoon paprika
-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
-1/8 teaspoon cumin seeds
-1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1/4 cup water
-1/2 cup kirsch
-1/4 cup white wine
-1/4 cup red wine
Instructions:
-Preheat oven to 375 degrees f (190 degrees c),
-In a small bowl, combine flour, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, cumin seeds, olive oil and salt. Stir in kirsch and white wine.
-In a larger bowl, combine olive oil and water. Stir in the lobster and add the kirsch and white wine,
-Place the pie in the oven and bake for 25 minutes, reduce the oven temperature to 375 degrees f (190 degrees c), and continue baking the pie for 20 more minutes,
-Remove the pie from the oven and let cool, cut into 1/2-Inch slices and serve. Lobster, peeled and diced

Instructions:
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees f,
-In a small bowl, combine lobster strips, white bread crumbs, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and thyme.
-Spread mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet, bake for 10 minutes, or until lobster strips are cooked through.
-In a large bowl, combine milk, all-Purpose flour, and sugar. Stir in lobster mixture until ingredients are combined,
-Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, or until oven is heated.
-Assemble tart by placing mixture in a pie dish, filling to the top. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the tart is golden brown.
-Serve with milk and sugar.
