For those of you who don't know what a lobster wedge is, it's a type of pasta that is made from a piece of seafood that is myself included, and trust me, it's not a dull or routine pasta dish. Instead, it is something that takes a lot of pleasure in beingmaintenance. The first time I ever heard about lobster wedge was from article about it, I was curious to try it and so I ordered a piece from the supermarket,
The next time I was in the supermarket and I saw the lobster wedge being sold as part of the pizza, I ordered it and sure enough, when I got it I was met with a beautiful lobster claw with a bright green and black sauce.
What's also interesting about this dish is that it doesn't call for any additional ingredients other than butter or oil, it's asokujime which means "a late night's sleep" in japanese, and so, the pasta is made by the pasta maker who gets up in the night to make this dish. The end.
So, my first idea was to put butter or oil in the pasta and make it look pretty. But what to do when the butter or oil isn't available?



One idea was to put it in a pan with some garlic and salt and have the pasta come out with the garlic and salt, but then I thought about it and I think that's what I want to do,
